     The 16-layer storage server HDI PCB board is one of the series of high-frequency, 

high-speed HDI circuit boards developed and produced by Shenzhen Huaxinsheng Circuit Co., Ltd., 

widely used in the storage server field. This storage server HDI board is manufactured using r-5775 material 

with an immersion gold surface finish process, featuring a minimum hole diameter of 0.25mm and minimum line width/spacing of 3/3mil 

making it an ideal circuit board product for the server storage field.
